Nothing beats a cookie fresh from the oven. Chunky nuts and chocolate chips make these dairy free cookies absolutely delicious.
Preheat oven to 180C, Gas Mark 4.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and the hazelnuts.
Put the Sunflower Pure and sugar in a bowl and cream together with a wooden spoon until soft and fluffy.
Add the egg, vanilla, flour and oats and stir until well mixed. Stir in the chocolate and hazelnuts.
Put 6 large dessert spoonful’s of the mixture well spaced apart on two lined baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until well-risen and pale golden brown.
Leave to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before lifting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
