Chicken Breast (26%), Pilau Rice, Onion, Cooked Brown Rice, Tomato Paste, Coconut, Sweet Potato, Cooked Quinoa, Red Cabbage, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Spinach, Coriander, Carrot, Sugar, Almonds, Sultanas, Apricot, Spices, Garlic, Ginger, Cornflour, Cranberry, Salt, Paprika, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Colour (Paprika Extract).
Pilau Rice contains: Water, Rice, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Cumin Seed, Turmeric Powder, Cardamom Pods, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon Powder.
Microwave from Chilled.
Remove outer packaging and slightly loosen the lid.
Heat on full power (900W) for 2 1/2 minutes, stir and heat for another 2 minutes (900W).
